Beschreibung

• Service, maintain and repair Dynapac road construction equipment to OEM standards • Diagnose and rectify mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults • Carry out planned maintenance, inspections and breakdown repairs • Identify opportunities for additional service, parts and aftermarket sales • Work with Customer Support Representatives and internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes • Install software updates, machine enhancements and technical modifications • Complete electronic job cards, service reports, timesheets and associated documentation accurately and in real time • Order and manage parts according to company processes • Participate in call-out and breakdown support rotas when required • Perform all work safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures • Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the territory • Attend technical training and development activities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent) in Plant, Agricultural, Construction Equipment or HGV Engineering • Proven experience servicing and repairing heavy plant, construction equipment, agricultural machinery or similar mobile equipment • Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems • Good understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions and electrical systems • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly to customers and colleagues • Full UK driving licence • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently • Good IT skills and experience completing electronic service documentation • Willingness to travel extensively across a large geographical territory and occasionally support other UK regions • Previous experience working on road construction equipment, compaction machinery or paving equipment (desirable) • Knowledge of Dynapac products (desirable) • Previous field service experience (desirable) • Manufacturer training certifications (desirable) • Experience using machine software and telematics systems (desirable) • Sponsorship is not available for this position
