Beschreibung

• Assist in compiling classifications and extended field of application reports to appropriate standards for construction products • Support customer/client relationships through product-range understanding, scope analysis, and test planning • Provide basic technical assistance to customers/clients regarding testing and classification requirements, remotely or in person, under supervision • Learn about construction products including doors, walls, floors, service installations, linear joint seals, fire-resistant glass and glazing systems, and smoke control dampers • Assist with reviewing technical documentation for Technical Services and Fire Resistance • Follow laboratory procedures in accordance with company internal requirements and health and safety standards • Interact, coordinate, and communicate with all staff to support customer commitments • Participate in team activities and contribute to innovative solutions • Undertake other duties in line with the role as training progresses

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree/HNC level qualification in physics, engineering or another relevant scientific discipline, OR A-level/equivalent qualifications with demonstrable interest in technical/scientific fields • Full driving licence would be useful due to the location of the site • Interest in technical/scientific fields • Ability to learn international test standards and regulations • Ability to follow laboratory procedures and health and safety standards • Accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to interact, coordinate, and communicate with staff and customers
