Beschreibung

• Administer and maintain existing content, users and data within the current LMS and other systems • Support systems including Group LMS, Performance and Goals, Succession and Planning across the organisation • Join the Learning Team and provide first-point-of-contact customer service to internal customers • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers • Build credibility and become a trusted partner • Promote best practice and introduce new ways of working • Contribute to continuous improvement

🎯 Anforderungen

• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all internal customers, acting as their first point of contact • Driven and enthusiastic about Learning & Development, with a focus on promoting best practice and introducing new ways of working • Comfortable working at pace and adapting to a fast-moving environment, with a “get it right, keep it right” mindset • Willing and able to travel to other UK sites or locations when required • Strong team player who collaborates effectively and is motivated to contribute to continuous improvement • Highly organised, with strong task and time-management skills • Excellent communication and influencing skills, verbally and in writing, with colleagues at all levels • At least intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills, focused on knowledge, efficiency, speed and accuracy • High attention to detail, particularly regarding grammar, punctuation and numerical accuracy • Able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a logical, structured and methodical approach
