Beschreibung

• Manage and own the real estate pipeline for assigned territories • Perform site research and analysis for real estate sourced and/or accepted into the pipeline • Manage pipeline resources, critical information, and documentation; move sites through real estate diligence • Coordinate and assemble Real Estate Committee deliverables for the executive team and cross-functional partners • Own LOI negotiations • Collaborate with the legal team on lease negotiations • Manage broker relationships for assigned territories • Manage landlord relationships through due diligence and permitting alongside the development team • Manage national institutional relationships and ensure [solidcore] is the first call for relevant real estate • Develop partnerships with Legal, Operations, FP&A, and Marketing teams • Perform special projects supporting macro business functions • Represent and steward the [solidcore] brand in professional settings

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Law, GIS, or related field required • Minimum 3-5 years of multi-market deal-making/leasing experience in the Western US, directly or indirectly with retailers, required • Class A/urban street retail asset experience preferred • People management and team lead experience required • Ability to read, write, and interpret legal documents • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solutions, owning outcomes, and continuous development • Strong ability to balance priorities against numerous deadlines • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and distill it into actionable recommendations • Understanding of business performance and ability to develop insights for real estate and company strategies • Passion for solidcore, retail brands, and/or retail real estate
