Beschreibung

• Manage a portfolio of core Solutions Insights Lab client engagements from launch through final delivery • Develop and maintain workplans, timelines, milestones, and project trackers • Coordinate interviews, research, analysis, writing, partner review, engagement, and final delivery • Track scope and deliverables, adapt plans, and escalate risks, delays, and resource constraints • Manage photo and video assets through translation, transcription, editing, and production • Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for assigned clients and partners • Coordinate communications, meetings, decisions, reviews, approvals, and follow-up • Coordinate interview participant mapping, outreach, scheduling, interviewer assignments, transcription, review, and analysis • Create and maintain tracking tools for interview outreach, scheduling, completion, transcription, and analysis • Support development and refinement of interview guides and research tools • Coordinate researchers, interviewers, consultants, writers, and other project contributors • Facilitate project check-ins, action tracking, and follow-up • Identify workload and resourcing issues and raise them with the Deputy Director • Develop engagement approaches for practitioners, funders, donors, policymakers, and decision-makers • Coordinate engagement activities aligned with project objectives and audience needs • Contribute new engagement approaches and formats • Coordinate multimedia content, media buys, external vendors, collateral, and promotional materials • Organize and maintain project folders in the Lab Drive • Prepare project updates and coordinate partner reports and deliverables • Capture lessons and project close-out information for wider SIL systems and processes

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–7 years of experience in Project Management • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-phase projects from launch to completion • Demonstrated experience using Asana as a primary project management and workflow tool • Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams, people, timelines, and dependencies within complex projects • Ability to anticipate challenges, make sound day-to-day decisions, adapt plans, and escalate issues appropriately • Exceptional ability to build, maintain, and oversee end-to-end research/content pipelines • Ability to create internal process playbooks, documentation, and tracking systems • Strong proficiency with Asana, Google Workspace, and collaborative tools • Demonstrated experience working directly with clients or partners • Experience managing projects in nonprofit, social entrepreneurship, international development, or similarly fast-moving environments • Professional experience in international development, social impact, or social entrepreneurship • Understanding of organizations, funders, practitioners, and stakeholders in these fields • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to translate complex project information into clear updates, reports, and documentation • Nice-to-have: Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform • Nice-to-have: Experience with media buying, audience targeting, or digital promotion • Nice-to-have: Experience producing or coordinating convenings, workshops, or events • Nice-to-have: Familiarity with journalism, media, or solutions-oriented storytelling • Nice-to-have: Fluency in a language in addition to English
