Beschreibung

• Administer and interpret Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and Project Labor Agreements (PLAs) • Support negotiations of CBAs, PLAs, MOUs, and other labor agreements • Interpret labor contracts and state or national law and provide guidance to project teams to ensure compliance with Legal Counsel • Assist with internal investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution in coordination with Legal Counsel • Build and maintain positive relationships with local and regional union leadership and job stewards • Coordinate project startup activities including workforce planning coordination, pre-job conferences, and labor relations trainings • Maintain labor relations records and databases in accordance with company standards • Support labor relations operations across multiple construction projects and business groups throughout the Western region • Partner with project teams, trade unions, and field leadership to support project success

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Human Resources • Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industrial construction/projects involving trade unions • Proven experience administering CBAs and working in union environments • Strong background in private sector labor relations • High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality • Effective problem-solving and time management skills • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong public speaking, presentation, and training abilities • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future
