Beschreibung

• Serve as a consultative wound healing expert and primary contact for hospital wound care decision makers • Consult with clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products • Attend procedures and placements in the hospital care setting • Deliver sustainable business growth through account and territory management against sales targets • Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities • Educate clinicians, including through inservicing • Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders • Use clinical and economic evidence to advocate for and grow therapy adoption • Support advanced solutions and new product introductions • Persuade key stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products • Provide customer support and service • Demonstrate proficiency after completing the sales training program • Use company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking • Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums • Coordinate patient transition of care

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience • OR High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of sales, clinical, or related experience • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Current, valid Driver’s License • Successful completion of a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review • Ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Proven track record of sales quota and target attainment • Prior wound care or medical device sales experience • Expertise establishing customer relationships with key influencers such as surgeons • Experience in territory management and business planning • Understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas • Customer-focused selling and closing experience • Experience navigating complex selling cycles • Completion of a formal sales training program • Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce • Experience with new product introductions and the value analysis process • Outstanding data and analytical skills • May need licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials required by healthcare or third-party facilities
