Beschreibung

• Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective customers to sell Solventum products and qualify leads • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide product or service information • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions • Maintain accurate customer interaction records in Salesforce.com • Collaborate with field sales and internal resources to achieve sales targets • Demonstrate procedural, clinical, and technical product knowledge • Follow up on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and advance the sales pipeline • Close sales and achieve daily metrics and monthly quotas • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 2 years of sales experience, or Associate Degree and 4 years of sales experience • Previous experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or inside sales • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain productivity while working in the office and remotely • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
