Beschreibung

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Solventum’s enterprise Business Resilience program • Establish governance, methodologies, standards, tools, and assurance activities for organizational preparedness, response, recovery, and resilience • Coordinate Business Resilience with Crisis Management, Technology Resilience, Cybersecurity Incident Response, Manufacturing and Operational Technology resilience, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Risk Management • Lead enterprise Business Impact Analysis and continuity-planning cycles • Maintain an integrated view of critical business services and dependencies • Oversee exercises and corrective-action management • Translate audit, regulatory, and management findings into structured remediation plans • Monitor remediation progress, escalate material risks, and prepare governance updates • Design and facilitate discussion-based and operational exercises • Establish exception management and after-action processes • Develop executive dashboards and regular program reports • Create guidance, templates, toolkits, and communications for business teams • Champion responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies • Represent the BCM program in governance forums, audits, assessments, major projects, and risk discussions • Own and improve the enterprise BIA and continuity-risk assessment methodology • Guide leaders and process owners in defining recovery objectives, impact tolerances, resource requirements, and priorities • Maintain an enterprise inventory of dependencies and analyze systemic risks • Support and improve Solventum’s Crisis Management Framework • Provide specialist advice during crisis activations and significant disruptions • Coordinate situation reporting, action tracking, decision logging, stakeholder briefings, response documentation, and transition-to-recovery activities • Support post-incident reviews and translate lessons learned into corrective actions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 10 years of experience in business resilience, disaster recovery, crisis management, risk management, or a related field, OR high school diploma/GED and 14 years of such experience • Professional certification in business continuity and/or emergency management, such as CBCI, CBCP, or MBCI (previous or current) • Experience with ISO 22301 • Familiarity with ISO 22317, ISO 22361, NIST SP 800-34, NFPA 1600, and ASIS Business Continuity and Crisis Management Standards • Experience conducting business impact analyses and developing business continuity plans • Working knowledge of risk assessment techniques, BIA methodology, and recovery strategy development • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Planning, organizational, and project management skills • Proficiency with business continuity software platforms such as ServiceNow BCM and emergency notification systems such as Horizon or Everbridge • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, application recovery, and data protection principles • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
