Beschreibung

• Serve as a consultative wound care expert and primary contact for post-acute and transition-of-care decision makers • Consult with clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products • Provide outpatient bedside support for product placement and dressing changes • Drive business growth through account and territory management and sales targets • Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities • Educate clinicians through inservicing and product-use training • Partner with prescribers to initiate therapy orders and secure billing documentation • Build and maintain relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders • Use clinical and economic evidence to advocate for therapy adoption and new product introductions • Persuade stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products • Provide customer support and service • Complete sales training and demonstrate proficiency • Use company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking • Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience OR High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Current, valid Driver’s License • Must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record review and maintain ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • May need licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials required by healthcare or third-party facilities • Proven sales quota and target attainment • Prior wound care, medical device, or DME sales/clinical experience • Experience establishing customer relationships with key influencers • Experience in territory management and business planning • Understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas • Understanding of the U.S. health insurance and reimbursement landscape • Customer-focused selling and closing • Experience navigating complex selling cycles • Completion of a formal sales training program • Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce • Experience with new product introductions and value analysis processes • Strong data and analytical skills
