Beschreibung

• Spearhead accountable care organization projects • Drive implementation of provider, practice, and facility technologies and workflows • Manage technology vendors through product roadmaps supporting Sound ACO and Telemedicine Post-Acute services • Liaise between stakeholders and the product team • Develop and maintain expertise in SLTCM ACO and Telemedicine platforms and workflows • Support clinical and operational leaders by addressing escalations and inquiries • Gather and translate user needs into platform requirements • Support rollout and governance of new technologies • Oversee application environments and third-party integrations • Troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve application issues • Handle application configuration, administration, development, deployment, and production support • Train the Sound ACO team, providers, practices, and facilities on ACO and Telemedicine platforms • Define and refine workflows and processes with clinical and operational leadership • Create and maintain training resources and educational materials • Assist with marketing collateral and implementation toolkits • Plan projects, define scope, establish schedules, resources, milestones, and deliverables • Lead and coordinate project teams • Manage risks, solve problems, and implement mitigation or contingency plans • Communicate with clients, executives, stakeholders, and team members • Maintain project documentation and prepare final reports

🎯 Anforderungen

• Basic understanding of accountable care organizations and value-based care • Leadership, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and organizational skills • Project planning and scheduling • Risk management • Proficiency with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project and Asana • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, technology, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience • At least 3 years of experience in project and product management, preferably within healthcare technology, population health, or analytics • Experience with technical integrations • Experience with ACOs and vendor management preferred • Ability to communicate clearly, consistently, and effectively in speaking, writing, and listening
