Beschreibung

• Support the Special Assets commercial loan portfolio for one or more SAM Commercial Resolutions Officers and Team Leads • Analyze financial information for renewals, modifications, forbearance requests, and ongoing portfolio management • Compile complete commercial loan packages, including credit memos, borrower and guarantor analyses, risk assessments, risk grades, and recommendations • Perform additional credit analysis using tools such as CRE analysis software • Guide loan requests through the Credit Approval Process and ensure appropriate loan structure • Ensure commercial loan relationships comply with State and Federal regulations and Bank policies • Monitor and service portfolios through covenant testing, annual servicing reviews, criticized loan asset reports, and exception clearing • Identify potential portfolio upgrades and recommend risk-grade adjustments • Assist with credit presentations to Credit Administration, leaders, and Bank committees • Ensure required loan documentation is complete and help clear documentation or compliance deficiencies • Engage customers periodically to collect financial information at the direction of the CRO or TL • Maintain relationships with internal business partners, attorneys, appraisers, vendors, and other stakeholders • Monitor maturing loans and undertake special projects as assigned • Maintain knowledge of fair lending, BSA, AML, CIP, OFAC, and applicable regulatory requirements • Participate in professional training and cross-training opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Four-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field; graduation from a recognized school of banking is an asset or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit analysis, commercial banking, business banking • At least 5 years of specific portfolio management and/or underwriting experience • Familiarity with loan structuring and loan documentation required • Knowledge of accounting and lending principles • In-depth knowledge of Federal and State lending regulations and Bank policies related to lending procedures • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, nCino, and Fiserv • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal, listening, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills • Must be well-organized, accurate, attentive to detail, cooperative, and able to function under pressure • Must complete required annual compliance training and New Employee Orientation • Secure home office free from background noise and distractions • Reliable private internet connection not supplied by cellular data; cable or fiber preferred • Ability to access and interpret computer screens, documents, reports, and cash denominations; position may require bending and reaching
