Beschreibung

• Lead program management for a dedicated onsite program, including planning, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and follow-through • Serve as the primary operational lead, ensuring progress against commitments, milestones, and service expectations • Drive clarity on priorities, owners, decision points, and next steps across workstreams • Maintain visibility into program progress, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues as needed • Collaborate across Customer Success, Clinical Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Product, and other partners to support strong program management • Align stakeholders on timelines, dependencies, handoffs, and readiness needs • Review and integrate cross-functional inputs to ensure plans and materials reflect customer context and priorities • Serve as a trusted operational partner to customer contacts and support customer readiness, change management, and adoption • Partner on customer-facing reporting and business reviews, ensuring materials are accurate, actionable, and aligned to commitments • Build and improve program management processes, tools, and operating rhythms to strengthen visibility, accountability, and execution

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of experience in program management, operations, customer-facing delivery, or similar cross-functional roles • Strong experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder work in ambiguous environments • Proven ability to drive outcomes through influence rather than direct authority • Strong operational judgment and ability to balance customer needs, internal constraints, and competing priorities • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to synthesize cross-functional inputs into clear plans, priorities, and next steps • Track record of identifying risks early and driving practical solutions • Experience improving processes or operating models to support stronger execution
