Beschreibung

• Provide industry-leading service for large industrial motors, generators, and turbines to customers worldwide. • Focus on aftermarket business development and sales activities for WEG and non-WEG products. • Develop close working relationships with users and distributors within various industry segments. • Responsible for sales-related activities to support bookings/sales growth from existing customers and cultivate new customers. • Develop sales and call strategies; increase exposure at Users and distributors. • Request feedback from customers, identify project/customer details vital for quote strategy. • Assist in creating accurate quotations based on WEG's offerings. • Mentor and train junior team members. • Domestic and international travel of up to 100%.

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS Degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial technology or related field • 2+ years of general industrial inside sales experience • Demonstrated sense of urgency to affect timely response and resolution to customer requests. • Proven ability to keep multiple tasks and activities coordinated, prioritized, documented, and in motion or progress at one time. • Demonstrated capacity for social interface with internal and external customers as required, achieving customer satisfaction excellence. • Proven ability to effectively deal with difficult customers through oral and written communication. • Proficient MS Suite programs. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with Inside Service Sales Support and Customers effectively. • Self-starting, results oriented, flexible, and team player.
