Beschreibung

• Own the technical health and production reliability of enterprise applications across HR, finance, and operations • Design, build, and maintain API-driven integrations and data workflows connecting enterprise applications, internal services, and third-party platforms • Identify inefficient processes and develop automation solutions to reduce repetitive work and improve accuracy • Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, uncover root problems, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions • Troubleshoot complex issues across application, integration, data, and infrastructure layers • Lead or support root-cause analysis for production incidents and identify durable improvements • Support application releases and production deployments, including testing, validation, change coordination, and post-release stabilization • Maintain documentation of system architecture, integrations, data flows, dependencies, configurations, and technical standards • Apply incident, problem, and change management practices using IT service management tools and processes • Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, data, and other technology teams • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and automation capabilities • Manage multiple priorities and workstreams while adapting to evolving business needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, enterprise applications, systems engineering, IT consulting, technical support, business systems analysis, or a related technical role • Experience taking meaningful technical ownership of business-critical applications or technology solutions in a production environment • Hands-on experience designing or supporting system integrations using REST or SOAP APIs, webhooks, SFTP, or similar integration methods • Working knowledge of SQL, including SELECT, WHERE, and JOIN operations • Experience with at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, JavaScript, or Java • Experience troubleshooting issues across interconnected applications, integrations, and data flows • Familiarity with incident, problem, release, and change management practices • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate business problems into effective technical solutions • Inclination toward automation of repetitive manual work • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with technical and nontechnical audiences • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements • Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach • Commitment to stewarding a culture of transformation, innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect • Standout: Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, HCM, CRM, work management, or workflow automation systems • Standout: Experience with HR, finance, accounting, or operational business applications • Standout: Knowledge of ETL and data pipeline concepts; experience with integration, iPaaS, RPA, or workflow automation platforms • Standout: Experience applying AI or large language models to automate workflows, improve documentation, accelerate troubleshooting, or enhance business processes • Standout: Foundational knowledge of cloud architecture and cloud computing principles • Standout: Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Airtable, or similar enterprise technologies • Standout: Relevant technical or platform certifications, such as AWS or Salesforce certifications
