Beschreibung

• Delivering product training to customers • Assist customers in an Outsourced Resource role, helping with day to day operations • Assist StarRez Project Managers or Senior Consultants on larger projects • Provide resolution to project, implementation or customer issues, following proper escalation procedures based on internal practices • Create project documentation and procedures • Testing of products, tools or components • Create/update documentation for customers and internal purposes

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of experience contributing to customer implementations or projects in a SaaS or higher education context (e.g. Student Information Systems like Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Banner, etc.) • Proven ability to build trusted partner relationships with customers and internal stakeholders • Strong oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior audiences • Excellent problem-solving, issue management, and analytical skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-through skills • Technologically curious, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
