Beschreibung

• Own and drive the growth and profitability of landlord dwelling products • Oversee product design, pricing, and filings across multiple states • Identify, design, create, and implement new opportunities and initiatives • Enhance coverage and form language for existing products • Draft new endorsements • Analyze loss ratios, actuarial indications, frequency/severity trends, retention, and other data across products, books, and channels • Manage state rate filings to achieve the required return across products and segments • Serve as the subject matter expert on landlord insurance, including forms, endorsements, underwriting guidelines, and rates • Work closely with the engineering team on programming specifications • Assist with creation of novel underwriting factors with internal and external parties • Develop and implement data-driven action plans to improve performance • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams while helping lead the insurance product function • Conduct competitive analysis and navigate SERFF filings

🎯 Anforderungen

• Direct, related experience in insurance product development is required • Over five years of experience in insurance • Experience managing personal lines products • Direct experience in HO or DP products is a bonus • Experience creating or editing policy form language • Ability to take projects and products from inception to launch and beyond • Strong technical and analytical skills • Above-average written and oral communication skills • Ability to communicate with teammates, stakeholders, leadership, and regulators • Ability to navigate SERFF and competitor filings • Desire to join an early-stage insurtech company and make a visible impact • Ability to coordinate across teams and influence product direction • Authorization to work in the US • Must be able to work in-office at least five days a week if choosing an office-based arrangement; candidates not near the office must be willing to relocate
