Beschreibung

• Join the Strada team to unlock potential in workforce management. • Ensure timely and quality execution of client deliverables and consulting on Workday projects. • Consult without supervision on complex projects and lead projects depending on domain area specialty. • Participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from discovery sessions to deployment for the Workday Financials application. • Provide direction and guidance internally to less experienced colleagues and participate in internal business initiatives.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Human Resources, Computer Science, or relevant field of study. • Minimum 3 to 7 plus years of previous consulting experience implementing Financials systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business, ADP, Ultipro or other SaaS software solutions • Experience in transforming business process requirements into system configurations. • Possess strong facilitation/presentation skills. • Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects • Demonstrates ability to prioritize conflicting demands, request resources when needed • High attention to detail with innate to dig in and solve complex issues and thoroughly test solutions • Excellent oral and written communications skills • Possesses sound analytical problem-solving and documentation skills • Ability to travel up to 50% • Currently Workday Financials certified or PRO certified required; (Financials, FDM, R2R, P2P, Accounting Center, Grants, or Contracts to Cash, etc)
