Beschreibung

• Own the downstream product, program, or portfolio strategy for myMako AI-enabled digital solutions • Interpret the competitive landscape and incorporate insights into marketing strategy • Author annual marketing plans and product launch plans • Deploy resources to measure, monitor, and direct marketing strategy changes to drive customer engagement • Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency • Establish metrics, goals, success criteria, and milestones • Conduct post-launch analysis and implement lessons learned • Forecast sales considering market, product, and other relevant factors • Demonstrate financial acumen • Mentor, develop, and influence across the business while building cross-divisional relationships • Develop relationships with industry and market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions • Translate business insights into future business strategy • Make decisions affecting immediate operations and potentially having divisional impact • Translate complex product capabilities into differentiated value propositions, messaging, branding, and storytelling • Lead digital engagement within the Mako Digital Experience using in-platform marketing and analytics • Design strategies to deepen customer connection, accelerate utilization, and optimize user interaction with the product

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree required • 6+ years of work experience required • MBA preferred • 3+ years of medical device, med tech and/or marketing experience preferred • Experience with healthcare technology platforms, digital health solutions, and customer-facing healthcare tools preferred • Experience with digital products preferred • Preferred candidate located in Mahwah, NJ, Weston, FL, Kalamazoo, MI, or Menlo Park, CA • Ability to travel approximately 40%
