Beschreibung

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for automating manual document-processing tasks • Drive automation of text extraction, data masking, and fraud/forgery detection • Identify applications for computer vision, OCR, LLMs, and AI agents to structure unstructured document data • Act as the primary technical contact for Customer Success Managers and the Sales team • Analyze requirements, evaluate technical feasibility, and translate needs into specifications for ML and backend engineers • Support audits and certification in line with regulations and client standards • Own prioritization, sprint execution, and production delivery • Define, track, and optimize automation rate, precision, recall, and processing latency using SQL and internal data tools • Test and validate product behavior, extraction accuracy, and edge-case workflows • Collaborate with ML and backend engineers to deliver high-throughput backend automation

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management roles • Strong background preferably as a former Software Developer, QA Engineer, or L3 Technical Specialist transitioned into Product Management • Deep understanding of API architectures, microservices, automation frameworks, and backend data processing pipelines • Practical understanding of computer vision, OCR, LLMs, and prompt engineering • Experience replacing manual human tasks with automated software solutions, preferably in FinTech, RegTech, Logistics, or another data-heavy domain • Comfortable writing SQL queries to analyze system accuracy, identify edge cases, and measure performance metrics • Ability to work autonomously in a lean, fast-paced environment • Ability to explain complex technical trade-offs in structured, client-friendly terms • Fluent English • Direct experience with document processing, KYC/AML workflows, or fraud detection systems is a plus • Practical experience applying LLMs/agents to unstructured data extraction is a plus • Software Development background is a major advantage
