Beschreibung

• Plan and coordinate assigned enterprise projects from initiation through delivery • Manage project initiation activities, including contractual obligations, client needs, goals, contacts, and access to information • Ensure project requirements align with Sunflower Bank standards and document exceptions • Develop and manage integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, and deliverables • Select project methodologies and documentation based on project classification and PMO processes • Facilitate planning meetings, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum meetings • Ensure development teams practice agile principles including collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and visibility • Identify and remove impediments and prevent distractions • Coordinate tasks among project team members, internal departments, vendors, and subcontractors • Assign and monitor project team work • Manage project risks, issues, and action items; assist with problem resolution and risk mitigation • Liaise between internal and external technical and non-technical teams • Deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups • Conduct project closure activities, communicate project acceptance, and complete post-implementation reviews • Identify project management process gaps and assist with implementing improvements • Provide business analysis and quality assurance support to clarify requirements and meet acceptance criteria • Ensure compliance with SBNA security controls, sensitive-data protection requirements, and GLBA • Ensure project teams follow SDLC policies, standards, and processes

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must live and be based out of AZ, CA, CO, FL, KS, MI, NM, and TX only • 5+ years of project management experience • Working knowledge of SDLC and agile delivery methods, including Scrum and Kanban • Familiarity with PMI framework concepts • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, PowerPoint, Jira, and Smartsheet • Strong communication skills with internal and external customers • Business and IT strategy experience • Customer-focused mindset • Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Familiarity with or preferred certification: PMP, CAPM, CSM, or PMI-ACP • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and use computers or other equipment • Ability to walk, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds • Required vision abilities include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
