Beschreibung

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives • Design and develop business architectures that align with clients strategic goals • Identify opportunities for leveraging data and AI to improve business processes and outcomes • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions • Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing business processes, including data governance • Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables • Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, translating complex challenges into scalable data solutions • Develop accelerators, frameworks, and best practices that elevate our delivery capabilities • Identify new opportunities and help expand client relationships

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product development, ideally within Data and Analytics • Strong SQL skills for complex data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting • Proficiency with visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) • Familiarity with APIs • Understanding of data management, analytics, and AI technologies • Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization • Skilled at facilitating workshops, managing conflict, and building consensus • Experience translating business needs into functional and technical specifications • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Data-driven decision maker who quantifies business value and ROI • Analytical thinker who can break down complex problems into actionable solutions • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Committed to delivering excellence and exceeding client expectations • Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset. • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred. • Databricks certification (e.g., Data Analyst Associate) preferred. • Business process modeling and analysis preferred. • Data, AI, and governance strategy development and implementation preferred. • Project management and leadership preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred. • Strategic thinking and business acumen preferred. • Conceptual modeling and analysis preferred. • Change management and stakeholder engagement preferred.
