Beschreibung

• Work closely with HNW clients throughout their Bitcoin journey • Provide around the clock availability to Swan’s most successful clients • Generate net new leads and opportunities • Actively engage clients and prospects to build relationships and identify needs • Establish and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients • Onboard new Swan clients with high satisfaction rates • Execute orders and other concierge services in an on-call basis • Provide personal access to Private clients via SMS seven days a week • Work collaboratively with Account Executives and Directors

🎯 Anforderungen

• Extremely knowledgeable about finance and Bitcoin • Client service skills honed from years of experience • Must generate their own inbound via media, personal branding, or other scaled relationship approaches • 8-10 minimum years of experience • Must be US-based (major metro area ideal) and eligible to work in the US
