Beschreibung

• Collaborate with customers to tackle complex engineering challenges • Craft innovative automated workflows and solutions • Build custom agents • Connect more than 80 CAD, simulation, costing, and other tools into workflows • Create teaser demos for automotive and aerospace customers to support the Sales team • Participate in customer hackathons and develop innovative solutions hands-on • Attend weekly customer meetings, answer questions, and consult on the best approach to use Synera software • Participate in knowledge exchange sessions with Solution Engineers and Forward Deployed Engineers • Answer incoming support tickets while maintaining a time to first response below 4 hours

🎯 Anforderungen

• Technical background in Computational, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering • Proven experience working with customers • Strong communication skills and ability to showcase business value with technical solutions • Experience with CAD/CAE tools such as OptiStruct, Siemens NX, CATIA, ANSYS, Nastran, Abaqus, or LS-DYNA • Experience with scripting in Python or C# • Deep engagement with AI for solving technical challenges • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Fluency in English • German or French is a bonus
