Beschreibung

• Provide telemedicine care to patients throughout Ohio • Evaluate, treat, and manage patients through individualized hormone optimization • Deliver men's hormone replacement therapy (MHRT) and women's hormone replacement therapy (WHRT) with an approximately 50/50 patient balance • Provide medical weight management and preventive healthcare • Improve patients' overall health, wellness, and quality of life through personalized care • Complete clinical protocols, systems, and processes during training • Participate in the hiring and credentialing process, including license, NPI, taxonomy, DEA, and board-certification verification

🎯 Anforderungen

• Active Ohio Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license with appropriate APRN authorization to practice in Ohio, Family specialty only, or an active Ohio Physician Assistant license under your primary taxonomy NPI • Current DEA registration appropriate for practice in Ohio, required at the time of application; no company reimbursement or sponsorship • Current National Provider Identifier (NPI) number without specialty • Current national board certification applicable to your profession • All required Ohio licensure and prescribing credentials must be active and in good standing • No current or pending malpractice lawsuits • Strong clinical assessment and medical decision-making skills • Exceptional patient communication and relationship-building abilities • Experience or strong interest in men's and women's hormone replacement therapy, preventive medicine, or medical weight management preferred • Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred • Candidates must be available to begin employment with minimal delay and complete hiring and credentialing promptly • Full-time availability, Monday through Friday • Ability to work with patients scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time • Candidates may be experienced providers or newer graduates who already have the required DEA registration
