Beschreibung

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions for a portfolio of construction clients • Personally process payroll, including payroll taxes and filings • Perform bank reconciliations, sales tax filings, month-end close, billing support, and routine audit/year-end support • Support job costing, WIP, progress billing, AP/AR, and related construction accounting needs • Support clients with ongoing accounting needs and day-to-day Sage 100 Contractor accounting workflows • Maintain accurate records and a clean audit trail across all client work • Identify and resolve issues independently when possible • Communicate clearly with clients and follow through on commitments

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong construction accounting experience • Sage 100 Contractor experience strongly preferred • Hands-on payroll experience, including payroll taxes and filings • Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP, progress billing, AP/AR, and month-end close • Hands-on accounting experience with direct responsibility for completing the work, not solely reviewing or overseeing others • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities independently • Strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through • Comfort working in a high-autonomy environment
