Beschreibung

• Lead a team of four to six frontend developers and support their individual and collective development • Stay current with technology trends and share knowledge with colleagues • Work with the team on modern web applications for long-standing enterprise customers • Take on roles as developer, coach, motivator, sparring partner and technical lead as needed • Own the architecture and technical direction of the team and product • Analyze customer requirements, develop tailored solutions and implement them closely with customers

🎯 Anforderungen

• Long-standing professional experience in enterprise web development with JavaScript/TypeScript • Ideally, experience with React and GraphQL and related technologies • Ideally, knowledge of .NET backends and .NET projects • Experience in the professional leadership of software developers • Ideally, initial experience with disciplinary management • Proficiency in agile methods such as Scrum • Ability to work confidently in an agile environment and inspire others • Decisiveness and willingness to make decisions • Open and clear communication style • Very good German language skills
