Beschreibung

• Design, document, develop, and test modern web applications using leading-edge best practices and design patterns • Independently design, develop, modify, and test software units according to corporate software processes • Identify software process improvement opportunities, discuss them with peers, and implement proposals • Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to develop modern, maintainable code • Create software design specifications, interface descriptions, and other software documentation • Translate high-level requirements into software design and implementation • Develop, execute, and verify unit and integration tests with the Software Test team • Employ Test Driven Development (TDD) to ensure quality • Perform code reviews and provide feedback to peers and junior engineers • Train, mentor, and support the development of junior team members • Diagnose, replicate, and resolve build and deployment issues; instruct others as needed • Develop proof-of-concept projects demonstrating new technologies or development patterns • Represent Tandem Software Development with outside entities such as clinical research organizations when assigned • Ensure compliance with company policies, Privacy/HIPAA, and legal and regulatory requirements

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer sciences, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience • 5 years’ experience in cloud or web application software development or related area • Expert knowledge of C# and .NET Core • Experience designing, developing, and testing containerized microservices • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines deploying containerized services to Kubernetes via Helm • Experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server and MySQL • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, CosmosDB, and Cassandra • Experience with an enterprise messaging bus such as Event Hubs, Kafka, or Kinesis preferred • Proficiency using Docker containers for development support and deployment • Familiarity selecting and deploying cloud technologies in Azure and/or AWS • Ability to define and translate high-level requirements into software design and implementation • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work without close supervision • Ability to articulate assignments and direct the work of junior team members • Ability to convey work-product information and lead group discussions • Ability to assert ideas and persuade others through consolidating, evaluating, and presenting relevant information • Ability to adapt to change and advocate for improvements • Knowledge of REST API contract design • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States • Successful completion of pre-employment drug test and background check
