Beschreibung

• Support ongoing compliance with FDIC Part 370 recordkeeping requirements • Perform daily data remediation analysis, detailed research, and quality assurance for account and customer data issues • Identify exception populations and define and validate business logic to capture target populations • Develop and maintain recurring reports highlighting data quality issues requiring remediation • Analyze deposit and lending account data and support accurate deposit-insurance calculations • Serve as a senior lead for analysis, design, implementation, and support of business data management solutions across initiatives and large-scale projects • Improve completeness, accuracy, traceability, and integrity of deposit account records • Support FDIC Part 370 reporting, regulatory testing, and certification readiness • Manage and direct business information management solution activities • Analyze, design, and develop data repositories, warehouses, marts, data movement, data wrangling, data mapping, and ETL processes • Support data solutions, applications, platforms, and tools used by data scientists and analytics teams • Develop sophisticated data preparation frameworks and architecture for data-science consumption • Support data modeling and structure business data for varied uses • Support business teams in using and understanding data and reporting solutions • Develop data road maps, information-management strategies, and technical data-integration solutions • Drive complex data-integration solution development aligned with the Enterprise Data model • Gather, analyze, and document data requirements • Design and implement complex business data information-management frameworks • Collaborate with technology and business partners to resolve issues and meet SLAs • Provide expert guidance, data-impact assessments, and data-risk mitigation • Implement data standards and quality processes • Perform data profiling using TD tooling and ad hoc query languages • Investigate root causes and resolve data issues throughout the data lifecycle • Identify knowledge-transfer and data-expertise activities • Ensure data retention and disposal comply with enterprise standards • Conduct functional or enterprise-level analysis and make recommendations • Monitor emerging regulatory requirements and potential impacts • Participate as a subject matter expert in cross-functional and enterprise initiatives • Mentor others, share knowledge, and contribute to team development • Maintain relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders • Support a positive, diverse, fair, and equitable work environment

🎯 Anforderungen

• Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate • 7+ years of relevant experience from a business administration, statistical, mathematical, scientific or financial background • Advanced knowledge of data sources, tools and technologies used in preparing summaries and reports • Analytical and problem solving skills to interpret data and draw conclusions • Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends • Skill in analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques • Skill in mentoring/coaching others • Skill in computer applications including MS Office • Effective oral and written communication • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships • Ability to work successfully independently and as a team member • Sound judgment in making decisions • Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Ability to contribute to strategic direction and advise senior leadership • Expertise in deposit and lending account data, banking products and services, and FDIC Part 370 requirements • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills and fluency in multiple programming languages • Expertise or experience with big data solutions and technologies • Familiarity with visualization tools • Knowledge of data repositories, warehouses, marts, data movement, data wrangling, data mapping, transformation and ETL processes
