Beschreibung

• Develop AWS Cloud contact center solutions from Cisco Webex/Nuance IVR to Amazon Connect with Lex NLU, voice, and web chat • Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform • Set up CI/CD pipelines for contact flow deployments • Develop Lambda functions • Manage Dev/UAT/Prod environments • Automate production deployments • Build CloudWatch monitoring and alerting for Amazon Connect instances • Support ACGR infrastructure deployment and manage environment promotion workflows • Participate in production monitoring during hyper care • Develop functional specifications, design specifications, code, unit tests, system test plans, and feature test plans • Lead development for CCaaS implementations on client projects • Own end-to-end solution development, including routing strategy, IVR design, API approach, and external data integrations • Design and maintain reusable code libraries • Advise on testing strategy and provide input into test plans • Communicate how the CCaaS platform works and how it can solve business needs • Help build client use cases, requirements, designs, and test plans • Work with customer IT Architecture teams on solution design and technology guidance • Discuss migration efforts and provide subject matter expertise for solution migration and deployment • Optimize solutions and improve processes

🎯 Anforderungen

• Ability to travel up to 30% • Current AWS developer certification • 3 or more years’ experience with Amazon Connect and UC environments • Experience with Terraform, AWS CDK/CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline or equivalent), CloudWatch, Amazon Connect infrastructure automation, and multi-environment deployment patterns • 7 years of overall software development and/or CCaaS development experience • Experience with software development, including design, custom and common coding using JavaScript, Python, and preferably Node.js • Experience testing real-time systems • Experience implementing AWS Cloud contact center solutions • Experience working with customer IT Architecture teams to design end-to-end solutions and provide technology guidance • Experience discussing cloud contact center migration efforts and serving as a migration and deployment Subject Matter Expert • Experience with solution optimization and process improvement using IVR and interaction routing templates • Network infrastructure experience • Experience creating and presenting technical designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders • AWS preferred • Experience leading CCaaS implementations on client projects • Hands-on experience developing contact center solutions • Experience helping build client use cases, requirements, designs, and test plans • Experience with people and team management, enterprise architecture, and technical leadership
