Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary support person for the Sales staff and Sales Fulfilment team • Support aspects of the sales process and steward client business • Interact daily with agencies and station counterparts • Enter orders and maintain client schedules • Track client audience delivery • Develop presentations and provide a high level of customer service • Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner • Provide overall support to the sales organization • Ensure all orders follow standardized TEGNA coding for accurate corporate reporting • Work closely with TEGNA Sales Management to ensure accuracy, continuity and meeting sales deadlines • Work actively in TEGNA selling platforms, including WideOrbit Traffic, WideOrbit Media Sales and WideOrbit Connect • Create campaign analyses covering clearance trends, station avails, sell-out percentages and revenue reporting • Work with TCO on training opportunities for Sales Assistants TEGNA Sales

• Unique blend of administrative, computer and sales support experience • Ability to perform order entry and maintain client schedules • Ability to track client audience delivery • Ability to develop presentations • High level of customer service • Ability to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner • Ability to ensure orders follow standardized TEGNA coding • Ability to work in TEGNA selling platforms, including WideOrbit Traffic, WideOrbit Media Sales and WideOrbit Connect • Ability to analyze campaigns, clearance trends, station avails, sell-out percentages and revenue reporting
