Beschreibung

• Develop and maintain relationships with utilities, plant operators, and industrial power generation customers within the assigned area. • Identify upcoming maintenance opportunities and support TEiC’s regional growth strategy. • Participate in RFQ evaluations and recommend bid / no-bid decisions. • Prepare project estimates using TEiC estimating tools and templates. • Review and approve estimates for projects within the area. • Lead the transition from estimate to formal proposal through TEiC commercial processes. • Provide oversight of TEiC maintenance projects within the assigned region. • Monitor project performance related to safety, schedule, cost, and quality. • Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when needed. • Provide project status updates and operational insights to senior leadership. • Mentor and support project leadership teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Engineers. • Evaluate project leadership effectiveness and support continuous improvement across the area. • Participate in staffing and leadership development decisions. • Ensure all operational, financial, and commercial reporting requirements are completed accurately and on schedule.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience supporting power generation maintenance projects. • Strong background in estimating, project execution, and customer relationship management. • Demonstrated understanding of project controls and project risk management practices. • Technical knowledge of power plant systems and major power generation equipment. • Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams across a region. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced project environment. • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required. • Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred. • 5+ years of experience in field engineering, project management, or related roles supporting industrial or power generation projects.
