• Provide concierge service to customers for a personalized experience • Anticipate needs and offer tailored solutions • Maintain relationships with warehouse team, carriers, vendors, and customers • Proactive communication, including after office hours and weekends • Manage relationships and internal communication for improving customer satisfaction • Participate in customer visits and department meetings • Generate KPI reports for assigned customers
