Beschreibung

• Design and implement Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions across Financials, HCM, and EPM modules • Design end-to-end finance processes including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report • Design end-to-end HCM Hire to Retire processes • Review and deliver functional specifications for RICEF objects • Assist business users during CRP, SIT, and UAT • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure Oracle Cloud Fusion technical architecture and integrations • Provide technical leadership and mentorship • Advise on decisions and priorities regarding overall systems architecture • Guide product teams in designing technology solutions integrating multiple platforms, operating systems, and software • Review and advise on software and hardware builds, system options, risks, costs versus benefits, and enterprise business-process impact • Contribute to system road maps, including technical or functional obsolescence dates • Assist in developing and managing an architecture governance process • Provide technical guidance and productivity tools to product teams • Develop and maintain architectural assets, including security requirements, principles, standards, policies, reference architectures, models, blueprints, roadmaps, frameworks, patterns, and services using UML • Research new technologies and demonstrate them through proof-of-concept demonstrations • Develop, create awareness for, and monitor adherence to integration standards for scalability, maintainability, security, and reliability • Track industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies • Follow safety rules, participate in pre-task planning, and report safety concerns • Maintain quality standards on all projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 10 years' relevant experience, or 14 years' relevant experience in lieu of a degree • Eight years of applicable business or system development experience • Experience implementing Oracle Fusion Finance, EPM, and HCM • Full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience from initial design through go-live • Hands-on Oracle HCM configuration experience across Benefits, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Compensation • Experience designing end-to-end Hire to Retire processes • Experience delivering functional specifications for RICEF objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Fast Formulas • Direct experience supporting CRP, SIT, and UAT with business users • Experience designing solutions addressing gaps in Oracle functionality • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, including Oracle Integration Cloud • Knowledge and expertise in VBCS, OTBI, BI Publisher, and OIC • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history • Experience with cloud-native architectures, including PaaS, IaaS, microservices, containerization, serverless computing, and API design • Knowledge of UML • Ability to communicate with HR teams and speak non-technically
