Beschreibung

• The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization’s Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. • This role partners closely with HR functional teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure Workday is configured and utilized effectively to support business processes, data integrity, compliance, and a positive end-user experience. • The Analyst analyzes system needs, implements enhancements, supports Workday-related projects and integrations, develops documentation, and delivers training to end users.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with HR systems and applications, including hands-on experience with Workday. • Experience with HCM functionality, configuration, workflows, and role-based security. • Working knowledge of HR practices, processes, and data privacy requirements. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Must be at least 18 years of age.
