Beschreibung

• Partner with the commercial organization to support the safe and effective use of the Teleflex Interventional Urology product portfolio. • Responsible for education/scientific presentation development and delivery, peer to peer exchange, comprehensive needs assessments and regional training plan. • Support customer experience and patient centric care. • Develop, manage, and deliver professional education to surgeons, OR staff, and sales representatives to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes for patients. • Manage and facilitate peer-to-peer training, residency programs, new product development training, new hire training, case coverage, and other training activities.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in clinical, biology, health sciences, or engineering. • Minimum of 8 years of professional training or OR-based sales experience. • Medical device experience is a plus. • Urology experience preferred. • Demonstrated clinical mastery related to surgical devices. • HCP Engagement experience is a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; Prezzi, Video editing, Articulate, SalesForce experience preferred.
