Beschreibung

• Direct planning, execution, and reporting of the Interventional clinical education programs in North America across all four product franchises. • Lead and develop a high-performing team of clinical content experts by defining department and team goals, hiring, team development, mentoring, and performance management. • Develops a strategic plan and identifies, executes, and delivers CMA tactics on time and budget. • Manage or support scientific exchange with health care professionals and medical societies, consistently ensuring Clinical and Medical Affairs are the internal content experts for these exchanges. • Provide or delegate clinical expertise for the creation or editing of marketing materials and support the approval process.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required. Prefer a focus in life science or a similar field. • Current or previous professional medical licensure, such as RN/BSN, RCIS, RT, or MD, preferred. • Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory experience preferred. • Alternatively, clinical proficiency in an area corresponding to the Structural Heart or Mechanical Circulatory Support franchises of Teleflex Interventional. • Possess a minimum of eight years’ experience in the medical device field. • Minimum of 3 years of people management experience, including people development. • Experience in professional education development and delivery to HCPs. • Experience creating clinical education curricula and knowledgeable regarding education techniques.
