Beschreibung

• Join TELUS Digital's Salesforce practice implementation team • Create and manage project plans, monitor progress and timelines, adjust schedules, and resolve issues • Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations, including planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates • Oversee production of project deliverables for complex, enterprise, and strategic technical projects • Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with creation of project deliverables • Define and manage stage-gate reviews to meet compliance standards • Manage programs according to the SOW and mitigate risks; coordinate Change Orders for deviations • Adopt standardized development lifecycle methodology across projects • Identify opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform and integration tools • Participate in end-to-end implementation planning, issue management, communication, and change management • Build trusted-advisor relationships with client stakeholders through vision and product roadmapping • Collaborate with customers and internal technology and product teams to articulate and communicate issues • Provide hands-on Salesforce configuration and customization for declarative tasks when needed • Work independently, prioritize, and proactively solve problems

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience managing large teams of 10-20 resources on multiple workstreams • Experience with offshore team management • Experience with complex integration and data migration engagements • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure • Experience with a hybrid delivery model (waterfall/agile hybrid) • Ability to manage and communicate with remote developers during non-traditional business hours • Experience implementing medium and enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions • Multiple Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Consultant, Developer, Architect) • Demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget, and schedule • Demonstrated history of delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written • Ability to weigh business and technical requirements to produce project plans and estimates • Extensive external consulting experience, including CRM consulting, and hands-on Salesforce experience • Hands-on ability in configuration and declarative development • Strong consultative, budget management, and resource management skills • Experience with Financial Services, Insurance, and/or Healthcare is a plus • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and/or Salesforce Health Cloud is a plus • Experience working for another Salesforce SI is a plus • Prior experience as a Salesforce Implementation Consultant is a plus • PMP Certification is a plus • CSM Certification is a plus • Complete Trailheads and Salesforce certification path determined with management within 12 months of joining • People leadership, teamwork, client focus, accountability, communication, organizational, innovation, creativity, problem-solving, and analytical skills
