Beschreibung

• Lead the Government client in conducting strategic requirements review, acquisition strategy development, Request for Proposal development, and in performing other related procurement tasks as required. • Review requirements documents submitted by the Program Office to determine adequacy and sufficiency and make recommendations. • Prepare solicitations, acquisition plans, source selection plans, and other documents required in accordance with regulatory and local guidance. • Develop and prepare requirements documents (e.g., PWS, technical evaluation factors, performance plans, etc.). • Prepare modifications for various contractual actions to include, but not limited to, contracts, purchase/delivery/Orders, blanket purchase agreements, indefinite delivery contracts, as necessary. • Respond to Freedom of Information Requests and Protest actions. • Advise and assist the Government in the full life cycle of acquisitions and serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all acquisition matters.

🎯 Anforderungen

• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to pass a background check. • Current Public Trust clearance or higher is preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Bachelors Degree in Business or related major. • Proficiency in the use of standard office software and applications (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.). • Strong analytical and statistical skills. • 8+ years of federal contracting experience, preferably at the DoD. • DAWIA (Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act) or FAC-C (Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting) level II certified. • Extensive experience with Integrated Contracts Expert (ICE).
