Beschreibung

• Lead, coordinate, and expand the Six Sigma and Lean Continuous Improvement program across multiple Terumo Medical sites. • Serve as the primary program manager for all Six Sigma training waves (Yellow, Green, and Black Belt), Kaizen events, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Build a culture of problem solving by training associates, coaching project leaders, ensuring alignment to business goals, and delivering measurable results in productivity, quality, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. • Serve as project leader in the creation of a talent capability program and align of human potential with organizational strategy and capabilities. • Lead the design, implementation, and governance of the Six Sigma program across sites. • Develop and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and reporting to leadership on impact and progress. • Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops in Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving tools. • Mentor and coach project teams and belt candidates through the DMAIC process and other CI methodologies. • Facilitate and lead cross-functional Kaizen events to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. • Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowerment, and innovation.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or statistics (Master’s preferred). • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt required. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process improvement roles in a manufacturing or regulated industry (medical devices, pharma preferred). • Proven experience leading large-scale Six Sigma programs and Kaizen events across multiple sites.
