Beschreibung

• Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration • Collaborate with software engineers, designers, data, marketing teams, and customers to deliver high-quality products on time • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to guide decision-making • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value • Mentor and inspire the product team and elevate team capabilities • Influence executives and key stakeholders to align support for product initiatives • Identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of emerging technologies • Shape the Intelligence team product roadmap • Launch complex, customer-centric products • Drive product lifecycle decision-making and alignment

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role • Required experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Data and Analytics, including BI, AI/ML, data platforms, or data products • Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments • Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, marketers, and other cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of technical concepts and agile development processes • Ability to mentor and lead teams and influence stakeholders across all levels • Strong communication, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving abilities • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and other product management tools • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field • Regular, predictable attendance is required • Ability to work at a computer terminal for an extended period • Ability to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate computer keyboard and telephone • Specific vision abilities required for computer work
