Beschreibung

• Own the path from commit to running production software on Render, including the build system, deploy experience, and composable delivery primitives. • Set the roadmap and own build and deploy outcomes, including speed, deploy success rate, and failure diagnosis time. • Define and ship foundational primitives such as reusable build artifacts and application-level deployment. • Drive performance work across caching, incremental builds, monorepo workflows, and build compute options. • Improve failure diagnosis through classification, root-cause surfacing, and debuggability metrics. • Conduct continual customer conversations and translate feedback into product priorities. • Partner with engineering to sequence foundational refactors against urgent customer needs and defend tradeoffs. • Partner with customer success and sales on at-risk accounts, commitments, workarounds, and communications. • Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of product management experience • Experience with developer tools, infrastructure, or platform products • Significant depth in CI/CD, build systems and caching, containers and registries • Knowledge of canary, blue-green, rollback, health-check, and zero-downtime deployment strategies • Experience with infrastructure as code • Ability to participate effectively in architecture discussions and distinguish technical constraints from preferences • Ability to set multi-quarter direction and align engineering, design, and go-to-market teams • Ability to think in reusable primitives and platforms • Comfort with ambiguity, limited data, customer conversations, analytics, and technical constraints • Clear communication with engineers and CTO-level stakeholders • High standards for developer experience, speed, reliability, and legibility • Generally, new visa sponsorship is not available; existing visa transfers may be sponsored at Render’s discretion and require business authorization
