Beschreibung

• Own product strategy and roadmap across Stord’s Commerce suite covering the pre- and post-purchase consumer experience • Build, manage, and scale a world-class team of product managers • Hire exceptional product talent and develop product managers • Partner with Sales, Marketing, CX, Implementations, Solutions, and other cross-functional teams • Drive competitive positioning, client retention, new-logo requirements, pricing, packaging, adoption, and growth • Define operating cadences, metrics, rituals, product specifications, shipping, measurement, iteration, and portfolio prioritization • Own revenue outcomes, software cARR growth, attach-rate optimization, and net-new product launches • Expand the product portfolio into additional high-growth products, markets, and business lines • Set product vision, execute roadmaps, make tradeoffs, use customer insight and data, and represent products internally and externally

🎯 Anforderungen

• Deep domain knowledge in Ecommerce and Commerce • Experience operating an Ecommerce business or scaling products serving Ecommerce brands or merchants • Understanding of Ecommerce metrics and the growth, retention, margin, and cash goals of ecommerce stakeholders • Experience leading a product organization at scale in a complex environment, such as a high-growth venture-backed unicorn, public software company, or scaled logistics technology platform • Experience managing a multi-product portfolio to successful outcomes • Experience building the organization required to drive product success • Experience hiring world-class product managers and coaching a product organization • Ability to manage a broad portfolio while engaging deeply in product, customer, technical, and operational details • Understanding of Ecommerce economics and ability to communicate with brand CFOs, CMOs, and CEOs • Point of view on best-in-class consumer experiences and ability to translate it into a forward-looking product roadmap • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on product judgment • Ability to make disciplined tradeoffs and lead through influence across Engineering, GTM, Operations, Finance, and executive stakeholders • Ability to use customer insight, data, and business context to guide product direction • Ability to drive adoption and measurable outcomes, operate in ambiguity and complexity, and communicate credibly to technical and non-technical audiences • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
