Beschreibung

• Report to the Chief Technology Officer and drive technical direction for the Universal Integration Platform • Set technical direction for major initiatives and align engineering with business goals • Define coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines for C# development • Influence technology and tooling choices across teams, including AI development tools • Personally tackle complex, high-impact engineering challenges • Design and improve abstraction layers bridging cloud and on-premises environments • Lead a team of 3–5 engineers and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery • Establish team-wide standards for AI-assisted development and measure productivity impact • Provide cross-team mentorship on architectural patterns and AI tool usage • Establish cloud-native and on-premises deployment strategies • Build the technical vision and long-term roadmap for the Universal Integration Platform • Drive organization-wide adoption of AI-assisted development practices • Deliver abstraction frameworks enabling rapid integration development • Ensure standards and best practices are adopted across multiple teams • Mentor emerging technical leaders and advise engineering and business leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• Expert-level mastery of C#, including .NET Core and .NET Framework, async/await patterns, dependency injection, middleware pipelines, and advanced language features • Expert proficiency with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar • Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex abstraction frameworks • Extensive experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, S3, API Gateway, EventBridge, and CloudFormation/CDK • Deep understanding of hybrid cloud and on-premises environments • Expertise in distributed architecture, microservices, and event-driven design • Proven success building platforms supporting REST APIs, message queues, event-driven, and batch integration patterns • Skilled in deployment pipelines, infrastructure as code, blue-green deployments, and automated testing • Experience optimizing distributed systems for performance, stability, and throughput • Experience implementing robust testing and quality assurance frameworks • Understanding of banking and capital-markets dependencies, compliance constraints, and integration realities • Node.js and React are valuable additions
