Beschreibung

• The Director, Enterprise Innovation & Launch is responsible for accelerating SSI’s ability to deliver solutions from concept to market adoption with speed, consistency, and measurable impact. • This role plays a critical part in establishing the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO), enabling rapid innovation. • Ensure all-company readiness and post-launch execution alignment, aligning Sales, Marketing, Client Relations, Support, and Professional Services to deliver consistent implementation, adoption, support, and operational follow-through. • Define and enforce a standardized, phase-gated launch framework (tollgates, entry/exit criteria, success measures). • Track progress, identify risks, and drive accountability to maintain momentum. • Establish and lead a lean, cross-functional POC capability to rapidly test new concepts and opportunities. • Lead enterprise project coordination for priority initiatives, aligning to ETO governance.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience delivering solutions from concept through GA • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder coordination • Ability to drive outcomes through influence (not formal authority) • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities • Experience in healthcare technology • Must be able to see clearly with or without corrective lenses and hear clearly with or without aids. • Must be able to proficiently speak, read and write in English. • 3–5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) preferred • Familiarity with ADO, Aha!, or similar tools preferred • Experience in interoperability, clearinghouse, or payments solutions preferred • Standardize launch and innovation practices across solutions to reduce variability and improve predictability, release velocity, and scalability across the organization.
