Beschreibung

• Own AI products in production, keeping them stable and observable, with regressions caught by evaluations before learners find them • Take prototypes from working demos to maintained products, with evaluations built in from the start • Design context and tooling architecture for agents, determining what is in context, when, and why • Build and maintain service interfaces agents work through, including application access to the learner’s artifact window • Keep long-running, multi-step agents reliable under real-world learner behavior, with clear failure modes and recovery • Test shipped systems through evaluation loops, regression checks, and fast iteration • Collaborate with Anthropic Engineers, AI engineers, product managers, and data scientists to design learning experiences

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong, production-grade experience with Python and FastAPI with real users • At least one shipped AI/LLM application that the candidate can discuss in detail, including failures, diagnosis, and changes • Working fluency with agent frameworks; LangGraph is used, with equivalent frameworks acceptable • Real point of view on context engineering • Habit of testing what is built • AI-native coding with demonstrated harness engineering experience • Ability to work effectively in small physical teams and larger virtual efforts • Self-drive to communicate constantly using web collaboration and video conferencing • Desirable but not required: React and full-stack range • Desirable but not required: Langfuse or similar observability and knowledge graphs • Desirable but not required: Educational/Edtech domain experience • Preferred time zone: GMT+2
