Beschreibung

• You'll write the ads for a $50M ARR AI-education business running multiple active funnels, with more launching. • This is a direct-response copywriting seat inside a performance-marketing machine where ads go live fast and results are measured in days. • Write complete Facebook and Instagram ad scripts from creative briefs — hook, body, CTA • Produce multiple angle variations per brief for testing • Write UGC scripts for on-camera talent, formatted for easy delivery • Write static ad copy (headlines, primary text, CTAs) across formats • Iterate quickly on underperforming copy based on performance data • Collaborate with the creative strategy team so your copy executes the intended angle cleanly • Review your own output against the funnel it feeds so the copy is consistent

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years writing performance ads for Facebook and Instagram specifically — not emails, blogs, or organic content • Personal experience on accounts with $500K+ in tracked Meta ad spend (agency or in-house — must have owned the copy, not just touched it) • A portfolio of real ads you personally wrote, verifiable in the Meta Ads Library, with performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS, or revenue attributed) • Deep fluency in hooks, mechanisms, objections, proof, and buyer psychology • Experience in info-product, coaching, online education, agency-services, or ecommerce • You write fast — multiple complete ad scripts in a single working session • Highly fluent in English — native or near-native level • You can take an angle brief and execute it without needing the concept explained three times
