Beschreibung

• Support Sales Directors with distributor management and season tracking • Build and maintain market dashboards, distributor scorecards, sales-out reporting, pricing visibility, and weekly commercial summaries • Coordinate monthly reforecasting inputs and support S&OP accuracy • Convert distributor meetings and market feedback into pre-reads, action logs, risk flags, and follow-up trackers • Monitor demand signals, stock risks, weather and mosquito-pressure indicators, and distributor execution updates • Track regulatory timeline changes and risks affecting market entry and the current portfolio • Support distributor conferences and business reviews • Monitor trade, shopper, competitor, pricing, promotion, assortment, online review, in-store activation, and retailer trends • Assist with white-space market go-to-market planning, market research, retailer mapping, channel prioritization, category sizing, competitor review, and execution sequencing • Adapt and localize sales decks, retailer materials, trade marketing assets, FAQs, training content, and launch toolkits • Partner with Marketing on go-to-market messaging, launch materials, trade assets, and distributor toolkits • Lead brand, consumer, portfolio, and retailer training support for distributor onboarding and education • Coordinate new product development, range extension, product updates, project charters, artwork, labeling, localization, displays, and in-market deployment • Coordinate season planning, marketing plans, POS, eCommerce, retailer, sales-force, trade fair, sample, and sales-enablement materials • Support quarterly review-cycle preparation and cross-functional follow-up • Collaborate with supply chain planning, marketing, finance, logistics, regulatory, sales, distributors, and strategic partners • Report directly to the Senior Director International Sales & Marketing

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered • 1–3 years of professional experience in commercial operations, international sales support, trade marketing, analytics, project coordination, marketing support, or related field • Relevant internship, co-op, or university placement experience may be considered for exceptional early-career candidates • Ability to learn new systems, tools, processes, and business concepts quickly • Interest and aptitude in leveraging AI-enabled tools and technology • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, reporting tools, dashboards, business metrics, ERP/order management systems, and AI-enabled research or automation tools • Ability to translate data into dashboards, insights, and recommendations • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fully remote environment • Ability to work effectively across cultures, functions, and time zones • Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders • Strength in navigating ambiguity, identifying next steps, and proactively driving work forward with limited supervision • Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus • Legal right to work in the country of employment; sponsorship unavailable
