Beschreibung

• Redesign contributor onboarding to reduce sign-up-to-first-task from 30 minutes to under 3 minutes • Work directly with engineering on legacy architecture decisions and technical debt • Define and track platform health metrics • Establish a fast feedback cadence with engineering and review shipped features • Design and own an algorithmic task feed personalized to contributor skills and history • Build public contributor AI expertise profiles with verified accuracy rates, certifications, badges, and portfolio artifacts • Design PLG growth loops, referral mechanics, and cohort-based project matching • Lead gamification systems including streaks, tier progression, leaderboards, and certification unlocks • Collaborate with data science on matching, recommendation, dynamic pricing, and cold-start solutions • Define the product roadmap with the AVP of Product • Translate enterprise client requirements into platform capabilities • Define North Star metrics across both sides of the platform • Build and mentor product success team members

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–8 years of product management experience in consumer platforms, marketplace products, or growth-focused roles • Proven track record designing and shipping growth loops with measurable activation, retention, or referral outcomes • Experience with two-sided or multi-sided marketplace dynamics • Hands-on experimentation, including A/B tests, holdout groups, guardrail metrics, and statistical significance • Experience working with distributed engineering teams across time zones • SQL proficiency for funnel analysis, cohort breakdowns, and experiment readouts • Comfortable navigating codebases and using Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot • Working knowledge of APIs, data flows, and system architecture • Ability to participate in ML/data science discussions on model inputs, signal design, and experiment methodology • Experience designing PLG and viral mechanics • Experience with gamification systems or engagement loops • Preferred: experience owning an algorithmic content feed, recommendation system, or personalization engine • Preferred: background at a high-scale consumer social platform, creator economy product, or content feed • Experience with creator identity, professional credentialing, or reputation systems • Background in AI/ML product development • Experience with 0-to-1 platform launches and demonstrated user growth • Experience with gig economy, crowdsourcing, or workforce platforms • International/global product experience across multiple markets and languages • Mandarin Chinese is a significant practical advantage
