Beschreibung

• Provide technical support and training for analytical and scientific solutions • Collaborate with sales teams and customers to deliver demonstrations, applications support, and training • Serve as a scientific advisor, helping customers optimize their workflows • Build relationships with customers to maximize the value of their investments • Conduct product demonstrations and troubleshoot complex software issues • Work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, R&D, and product management

🎯 Anforderungen

• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience with relevant analytical instrumentation and applications • Preferred Fields of Study: Biochemistry, Materials Science, Molecular Biology, or related discipline • Demonstrated expertise in technical problem-solving and method development • Clear written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences • Strong presentation and training capabilities for both technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a results-oriented environment • Experience in project management and ability to handle multiple priorities • Willingness to travel up to 60-80%, France, Switzerland, Portugal • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant scientific software • Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external customers • Fluent English required; additional language as Portuguese is a plus • Valid driver's license and passport required for travel
